Designation: Engineer / Senior Engineer / Assistant Manager Education: BE/B. Tech/ Diploma in Mechanical Minium Experience Required: 5 to 10 Years Required Skills: Experience in Mechanical Maintenance of Kiln, Cooler Coal Mill equipment s. Scheduling preventive and predictive maintenance. Implementation of safety standard, ISO and WCM system. Excellent in communication as well as documentation. Proficient in SAP PM module. Key Result Areas KRA (Accountabilities) (Max 1325 Characters) Supporting Actions (Max 1325 Characters) KRA1 Key Accountability 1. 100 % availability of critical spare of Coal Mill Kiln-1 2. Enhancing the reliability of Coal Mill 3. Periodic Maintenance of equipments ensuring zero breakdown. KRA2 Strategic Projects 1. Reduction in false air % in line 1 pyro system. 2. Model area Development in coal mill section 3. Benchmarking the performance of Coal Mill output with other units 4. Based on analysis suggesting method ways to enhance the performance of coal mill 5.Development of two contractor employee as a skill fitter KRA3 Cost Reduction 1. Modification in Coal mill section which lead to cost reduction. 2. Power Cost Reduction ways measures to be adopted. 3. Proper planning during shutdown to decrease the inventory cost. KRA4 Safety WCM 1. To ensure safety to men equipment by implementing all safety standards and by conducting CFSA audits, conducting safety observations 2.
