Job Description

As a seasoned engineering leader with 10+ years of experience in designing and scaling enterprise data warehouses and big data platforms, along with 3+ years in leadership roles, you will be responsible for the following key responsibilities: - Leadership & Team Growth: - Build, mentor, and scale engineering teams focused on data and streaming infrastructure. - Foster high standards, ownership, collaboration, and continuous learning. - Strategy & Architecture: - Own the technical vision and roadmap for scalable, resilient, secure data platforms. - Oversee design and implementation of large-scale pipelines, batch and real-time. - Delivery & Operations: - Prioritize and deliver initiatives in partnership with product, data science, and business teams. - Balance delivering quickly with maintaining high quality, reliability, and managing technical debt. - Ensure observability, operational resilience, and strong governance across data systems.
