Engineering Head/Lead (Java Development)

We are seeking an experienced Engineering Head/Lead with 7 to 10 years of expertise in Java development. Your role will involve leading teams to deliver scalable applications using Java, Spring Boot, Hibernate, JSP, and MVC frameworks. You will be responsible for combining hands-on coding skills with strategic leadership to address complex business challenges. As the Engineering Head/Lead, your responsibilities will include building and inspiring a team of developers, collaborating with project managers, designing enterprise-grade applications, ensuring adoption of best practices, creating responsive user interfaces, collaborating with stakeholders, enforcing high coding standards, overseeing the SDLC, and providing technical leadership to resolve challenges. To be successful in this role, you should have 7-10 years of experience in Java development and team leadership, advanced knowledge of Java, Spring Boot, Hibernate, JSP, and MVC frameworks, expertise in designing scalable applications, leadership skills, optimization expertise, proficiency in tools like Git and JIRA, experience in microservices architectures and cloud platforms, familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, and soft skills such as exceptional communication, problem-solving, organizational, and decision-making abilities.
