The Connected Experience Platform builds foundational products to accelerate the delivery of end-user experiences across all businesses. As an engineer in the Connected Experience Platform, you'll have the opportunity to work at the forefront of user experience engineering innovation alongside industry leaders. You'll be asked to come up with creative solutions to difficult problems, evaluate and contribute to existing solutions, all while being prepared to lead the execution of these as the Platform works on them. We're looking for engineers who can not only drive a feature from design to execution but also be nimble enough to contribute to ongoing product deliveries. Responsibilities As a User Experience Engineer, you will: Build user web experiences using React.js, Angular , and Web Components . Build backing services to power the frontends using Node.js and Java . Build software libraries for engineering teams to use for their application development, code quality assurance, and product delivery. Evaluate UX designs for technical feasibility and delivery timeliness. Test applications and libraries using enterprise tools such as Cypress, Vitest , and Puppeteer . Manage delivered web experiences, ensuring continuous iterative improvement by capturing user feedback. Participate in code reviews, design reviews, and contribute to the development of code quality standards and software best practices. Mentor and coach junior team members to promote growth and learning. Collaborate with other engineers, product managers, and business stakeholders to ensure software solutions meet requirements and are delivered on time. Research and evaluate new technologies and software solutions to drive innovation and continuous improvement. Lead and contribute to software architecture and design decisions. Basic Qualifications Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field. Proficient in building applications using JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, TypeScript, ReactJS , and Angular . Experience with frontend development tools such as Node.js, Babel, Vite, Webpack, NPM , and Nx . Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently. A desire to research and stay up-to-date on emerging user experience technologies and practices.
