Engineer / Technician Materials Science / Corrosion

As an Engineer / Technician specializing in Materials Science / Corrosion for our reputed automotive client, your role will involve focusing on corrosion protection concepts, material selection, and testing activities at both vehicle and component levels. Key Responsibilities: - Define corrosion protection requirements at both vehicle and component levels - Design structural corrosion protection in Body-in-White (BIW) - Provide support in material, coating, and surface treatment selection - Coordinate with plant planning teams for joining, paintability, and sealability - Prepare technical documentation including NAD plans and HRK plans - Plan, schedule, and execute development & approval tests - Analyze test results and prepare technical reports Required Qualifications: - Degree or Technician qualification in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Surface Technology, or Chemistry / Materials Science - Experience in test planning, execution, and documentation - Knowledge of automotive painting, coating, or Body-in-White (BIW) processes preferred - Strong team player with a structured working approach - Good communication skills in English Join us for the opportunity to work with a reputed automotive client, gain exposure to end-to-end vehicle development, and experience professional growth in corrosion and materials engineering.
