Job Description

Fulfill Legal Regulatory Requirements, under applicable Laws of Safety, Health Environment for Moraiya unit. Develop Safety Culture by achieving zero Injury and continuous improvement. Record, Analysis and take countermeasures of Accident (Major, Minor and First Aid Injury Drive Accident prevention activities such as identification and countermeasures against UC, UA and Near miss, Safety work permit, HIRA, JSA, KYT, SOP, Visuals Display, Safety OPL, Safety Kaizen etc. Co-ordination with nearby Hospital for Medical Checkup of regular employees and in case of Medical Emergency Responsible for providing Emergency service, give direction to Fireman, Security respective Stakeholders. Responsible for Fire safety Audit, Onsite Emergency Plan, Communication, Mock drills planning execution Keep Ready to use the Fire Fighting Equipment/ Resources Standardize PPEprocess wise and enforce to adhere PPEduring work Carry out Safety Audits Daily Safety Patrolling round, capture unsafe conditions and Unsafe Act and take countermeasures. Impart training on various SHE Topics Monitor Human Health impact parameters such as Dust, Fume, Noise, Temperature etc. and drive improvement activity. Responsible for Customer Audits on EHS points. Prepare and Provide EHS data as per Customer requirement. Maintain Records and give updates relating to SHE Pillar Activity Responsible for effective implementation of ISO:45001 and ISO:14001. Responsible for Occupational Health Centre Activity monitoring and improvement. Drive EHS projects in Cross function team. Requirements Responsible for Employees Safety, Health andEnvironment related activities in Moraiya Plant.
