Job Description

Drive manufacturing excellence in the Polyamide Division by achieving operational targets, ensuring quality, safety, and efficiency, implementing automation and TPM, fostering a Kaizen culture, optimizing costs, developing a skilled workforce, and driving business growth through strategic planning and continuous process improvements. Achieve operational targets as per the operational plan and maintain inventory within budget. Maintain quality standards to achieve zero-defect products. Meet departmental KPI targets related to manufacturing. Manage company and contractual manpower to achieve targeted output. Ensure adherence to overall housekeeping norms as per 5S practices. Promote a Kaizen culture in the shop. Ensure effective implementation of TPM in the Polyamide Division. Drive digitization, IoT, and automation initiatives within the division. Implement and efficiently manage the quality management system. Develop a team to lead various projects within the division. Continuously improve the divisions EBITDA. Prepare the business plan and related CAPEX in alignment with growth objectives. Achieve NPD performance as per the plan. Enforce proper safety norms on the shop floor. Develop multi-skilling competencies among the operating and supervisory teams. Conduct training programs for employees in various operational areas. Educate the operating team on ESG goals. Prepare the team for contingency and scenario planning. Maintain the CSI Matrix.
