Engineer / Sr Engineer - Backhoe Loader Hydraulic Design

As an Engineer / Sr Engineer specializing in Backhoe Loader Hydraulic Design, your primary responsibility will be the design and development of Hydraulic Circuit / System for Backhoe Loader, with a focus on Construction or Concrete Hydraulics System. This includes conducting engineering calculations, selecting OEM parts, and creating 3D models and 2D drawings using Solid Edge software. You will be part of the R&D department, where your skills in Hydraulic Design, Hydraulic Calculations, and Component Selection will be crucial. Your detailed roles and responsibilities will involve designing Hydraulic systems and integrating them, performing calculations and selection of components for Construction, Mining, and Concrete machinery. You will also be responsible for ensuring design compliance with Indian & European standards, preparing 3D models, releasing 2D drawings for manufacturing, and providing technical clarifications to internal customers, vendors, and suppliers. Additionally, you will be involved in resolving field failures and coordinating Proto Assembly at the shop-floor for testing. Your must-have skills include expertise in calculations and component selection for Hydraulic systems in Construction, Mining, and Concrete machinery, along with proficiency in preparing 3D models and drawings for manufacturing using Solid Edge software. Designing hydraulic system integration, performing design calculations as per Indian standards, and initiating tests and measurements will also be essential aspects of your role. Desirable skills for this position include interpreting hydraulic test result data, resolving field failures, and coordinating Proto Assembly at the shop-floor for testing. You will also be expected to engage in general activities specified as part of the KPIs with relevant targets and weightages, recording them on OPEL tool/data sources connected to the KPIs periodically. Any additional activities assigned by the Reporting Manager should also be carried out diligently. To qualify for this role, you should hold a Graduation or Post Graduation degree in Mechanical or Automobile Engineering, with 5 to 7 years of relevant experience. Familiarity with Solid Edge and Hydraulic System Integration will be considered desirable skills for this position.,
