Position Overview We are looking for a technically skilled Sales/Application Engineer with a strong background in Polymer/Plastic Engineering. The ideal candidate will combine technical expertise with sales acumen to drive business growth and provide technical support to our clients. Key Responsibilities Identify and develop new business opportunities in the polymer and plastic industry sector Provide technical consultation and support to existing and potential customers Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations Analyse customer requirements and recommend appropriate solutions Prepare and present technical proposals and quotations Monitor market trends and competitor activities Maintain strong relationships with key accounts Provide regular market feedback to internal teams Support product development based on customer feedback Travel within the assigned territory as required * Required Qualifications B.E/B.Tech in Polymer Engineering or Plastic Engineering 2-4 years of experience in technical sales within the polymer/plastic industry Strong understanding of polymer processing, material properties, and applications Excellent communication skills in English, Gujarati, and Hindi Valid driving license and willingness to travel Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software Innovative Engineering Products Pvt.
