Engineer Production and Technical Services

You will be working as a Technical Engineer at Eagle Photonics Pvt. Ltd. Your main responsibilities will include providing after-sales services such as installation, commissioning, training, calibration, and AMC support to customers for the products supplied by the company. The product line you will be handling consists of active and passive components, cables, accessories, test instruments, machines in the Optics, Fiber Optics, and Electronics domain. Additionally, you will be actively involved in technical sales and services including installation, commissioning, training, warranty, calibration, and AMC support for products of various companies as part of agency sales for Eagle Photonics. Qualifications and Experience required for this position include a BE degree in Electronics/Telecommunications/Electronics & Telecom/Electrical Engineering. A minimum of 2 years of experience is necessary for engineering graduates in technical support. Extensive knowledge about Fiber Optics technology, primarily in the field of test instruments, components, and machines is essential. You should also have a good understanding of modern-day embedded computer systems and software, including Operating Systems and applications. Candidates with higher experience levels will be considered for the positions of Dy. Manager/Manager. The compensation and benefits for this role will be as per prevailing industry standards and will depend on your skills and experience. The desired work experience ranges from a minimum of 2 years to a maximum of 10 years. The functional area for this position is Technical Support within the Fiber Optics/Optoelectronics/Telecommunication/Networking industry.
