Engineer Presales Job Description

The Engineer Presales will be responsible for providing technical expertise and support during the sales process. This role involves collaborating with sales teams to understand customer requirements, demonstrating product capabilities, and ensuring successful implementation of solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Veeam and Accops technologies.

• Engage with customers to understand their technical needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the value of Veeam and Accops solutions.
• Collaborate with sales teams to develop proposals and respond to RFPs.
• Provide technical support during the sales process and assist in closing deals.
• Stay updated on industry trends and product developments to effectively communicate with clients.

• 2-4 years of experience in a presales or technical sales role.
• Strong knowledge of Veeam and Accops products and solutions.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.

• Technical proficiency in virtualization and data protection solutions.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.
