Engineer - PHE, MEP, REC

As an Engineer - PHE - MEP at Ramboll, you will be coordinating with the Project Manager and Technical Manager/Principal Engineer to deliver scheduled tasks involving design calculations and drawings. To excel in this role, you must hold a B.Tech/ M.Tech in Mechanical Engineering. Key Responsibilities: - Calculation of Water Demand - Calculation of Hot & Cold Water systems, including flow calculations, distribution systems, water heating systems, and storage systems - Design of drainage systems in buildings, both gravity-fed and pumped solutions - Design and Calculation of Hot water distribution System, including pipes, pumps, heat exchangers, and control valves - Design and Calculation of Cold System in the Building, including distribution pipes, pumps, and pipe insulation - Design of water purification plant, fire water systems, grey/black water recycling system, borehole water system, and rainwater systems - Plan, undertake, coordinate, and monitor work on projects - Contribute to overall design and project delivery as a Public Health Engineer - Identify opportunities for digital automation and optimization of building systems - Monitor design implementation throughout the project lifecycle - Collaborate with other UK Building Services teams - Assist in managing technical risk and supporting the development of junior engineers - Pursue continuous professional development and work towards chartership Qualifications Required: - M.Tech/B.Tech/B.E/M.E in Mechanical or equivalent - Mandatory Skills: Revit, AutoCAD, Excel, MagiCAD - Experience: 5-8 years About Ramboll: Ramboll is a global architecture, engineering, and consultancy company committed to creating a thriving world for both nature and people.
