Job Description

  • Achieve daily dispatch target of Finished Scooters/Spares as per plan
  • Prepare dispatch documents as per the SOP/Standard.
  • Finished Goods / Spares Parts Management at Warehouse (Storage & maintain SOC).
  • Proven Skills in Spares parts receipt, Prepacking & MRP Labelling.
  • Analysis of discrepancies arising out during FG/Spares dispatch while receiving POD.
  • Track and monitor the transit damage / Quality analysis occurring during transit
  • Develop and Modify Operation Standards/Operation
  • Inventory Management in spare parts/FG scooters and Packing materials
  • Process Audit & Report preparation
  • Prepare and Circulate daily MIS to Management team
  • Manpower training & Evaluation / Develop manpower skill matrix
  • Spares Parts Packaging standards - Knowledge
  • Good knowledge about to access 3PL portals (related to OBL) and handling of 3PL
  • Rejection/scrap clearance on a periodical basis.
  • Periodic perpetual inventory & reconciliation.
  • Ensure timely adherence of data entry in SAP/Excel, Dashboard & MIS Preparation.
  • Sustain safe workplace by Adhering with all PPE & safety protocols.
  • Implement Kaizens to Eliminate the Abnormalities in the OBL operation.
  • Have Cordial relation with PPC, Sales and Logistics to Ensure a Cheerful Workplace.
  • You must have any or a combination of any of the following skills:
  • Experience: 2-5years
  • Exposure to Problem solving techniques, 5S, PDCA
  • Should be highly flexible and adaptable to the working environment.
  • Knowledge in ERP & MS office
  • Interpersonal and Negotiation Skills
