Engineer - Embedded Systems

As a Software Engineer at Qualcomm India Private Limited, your responsibilities will include: - Designing, developing, creating, modifying, and validating embedded and cloud edge software, applications, and specialized utility programs. - Contributing to launching cutting-edge, world-class products that exceed customer needs. - Collaborating with systems, hardware, architecture, test engineers, and other teams to design system-level software solutions and gather information on performance requirements and interfaces. The ideal candidate for this position should have the following qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field. - 1 to 2 years of experience with embedded systems. - Knowledge and experience in device driver development and firmware development. - Good analytical and problem-solving skills. - Proficiency in C/C++. - Understanding of microprocessor and multiprocessor architecture. - Excellence in basic real-time/embedded programming concepts. - Experience in peripheral interface drivers such as USB, PCIe, I2C, SPI, UART, and ACPI/UEFI would be considered a plus.
