Engineer - BIM

Key Responsibilities: - Develop and manage MEPF models using Revit and Navisworks, ranging from LOD 200 to LOD 500 - Coordinate MEPF systems with architectural and structural disciplines to identify and resolve clashes effectively - Conduct clash detection and generate comprehensive clash reports using Navisworks Manage - Create and maintain various BIM deliverables, including 3D models, 2D drawings, shop drawings, and as-built models - Collaborate with MEPF consultants and contractors to implement design changes and updates in the model - Ensure adherence to project BIM Execution Plans (BEP), industry standards, and company protocols for all BIM models - Support the development and updating of families, templates, and libraries for Revit MEPF - Contribute to project documentation by conducting model audits, quality checks, and reviews - Assist in quantity takeoffs and extraction of Bill of Quantities (BOQs) from the BIM model as needed - Engage with site and design teams to ensure constructability and coordination on-site Qualifications Required: - Possess 3-5 years of professional experience in a related area (Note: Additional Company Details were not provided in the job description),
