Job Description

Role Overview: As an Energy Platform Consultant at Accenture, you will be part of the Capability Network (CN), a strategic "Distributed Consulting" initiative aimed at strengthening the Management Consulting talent available globally. Your role will involve collaborating with stakeholders to deliver client projects, developing Digital Centers of Excellence, and driving efficiencies in downstream clients" operations. You will play a key role in accelerating clients" transformation journey towards a more connected, optimized, lean, and agile organization. Additionally, you will assist senior management in drafting proposals, writing client pitches, and developing solution architecture to identify cutting-edge digital disruption opportunities. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver client projects and develop Digital Centers of Excellence to unlock new opportunities and drive efficiencies. - Manage end-to-end delivery of projects for downstream clients in strategic decision-making, project management, digital transformation, and cost optimization. - Accelerate clients" transformation journey towards a more connected, optimized, lean, and agile organization. - Assist senior management in drafting proposals, writing client pitches, and developing solution architecture. - Identify and quantify cutting-edge industry-specific digital disruption opportunities through the convergence of analytics and digital capability. Qualifications Required: - MBA from Tier-I business school - 5-6 years of work experience including 3 years of consulting experience - Experience leading a team of 3+ resources in past engagements - Good knowledge of Oil & Gas value chain in at least one industry segment (Upstream or Downstream) - Expertise in any one or more of the following: - SAP S/4 Oil & Gas Downstream Oil and Gas - SAP S/4 Oil & Gas Upstream Oil and Gas - SAP S/4 FIN+ Joint Venture accounting or Upstream Operations management - SAP S/4 Enterprise Asset Management - SAP S/4 Production planning & Quality Management (Note: Additional details of the company were not included in the provided job description),
