Channel Sales Lead Applied Cryptography Solutions– India (Remote)
Position Summary: Encryption Consulting seeks a highly motivated and experienced Channel Sales Lead to join our team in India. This strategic role is focused on expanding our partner ecosystem and driving adoption of our Certificate Lifecycle Management and Code Signing solutions across the region. As a Channel Sales Lead, you will be responsible for building and scaling high-performing channel programs, enabling partners, and achieving revenue targets through indirect sales. Key Responsibilities: Drive partner recruitment, onboarding, and enablement to grow the channel ecosystem across North America and India. Develop and execute a comprehensive channel sales strategy aligned with Encryption Consulting’s growth objectives. Collaborate with internal teams, sales, marketing, product, and engineering to develop joint value propositions and partner-specific go-to-market plans. Lead all aspects of channel relationships, including business planning, sales enablement, training, and marketing activities. Deliver impactful presentations, product demos, and sales pitches to partners and their customers. Manage deal registration, incentives, and non-standard pricing with efficiency and integrity. Track performance metrics and use data to improve partner engagement and revenue contribution. Stay up to date on industry trends, competitors, and regulatory requirements relevant to cryptographic solutions. Represent Encryption Consulting at industry events, conferences, and partner forums as needed. Qualifications: Minimum 3 years of experience in selling cryptographic solutions such as PKI, HSM, Certificate Lifecycle Management, or Code Signing. Proven track record of building and managing channel programs and achieving sales targets through partner networks. Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to articulate complex technical solutions to both business and technical audiences. Experience working cross-functionally in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. Ability to work independently, take initiative, and lead channel strategy execution in a remote setup. Familiarity with partner relationship management tools, CRM platforms, and sales enablement technologies. Bachelor's/Master's degree in Sales and Marketing, or a related field ,preferred.
