Role & responsibilities The Project Manager will act as the central execution and coordination anchor for ongoing and new management-led initiatives across the organization. The role is responsible for driving cross-functional projects end-to-end, ensuring timely execution, structured follow-ups, data driven gap identification, and sustained outcomes. This role will ensure that initiatives decided by the management team are translated into clear action plans, executed rigorously, tracked transparently, and closed effectively, rather than remaining as discussions or ideas.
