Roles & Responsibilities Have a strong understanding of what success looks like for our customers and be laser-focused on delivering that success. Support Enate’s Delivery team lead on developing project plans, including scope, resources, and deadlines. Establish effective governance plans, promoting excellent communication strategies internally and externally. Track progress across all project milestones, deliverables, and plans by the agreements in place, ensuring on-time project delivery. Demonstrate clear strategies for successfully managing risks and issues with customers and internal teams, and implement contingency plans when needed. Partner with the Delivery team to ensure that new customers are handed to the Customer Success team smoothly and well understood, deliverables are pre-agreed upon, and relationships are established. Provide feedback to the Product team to improve Enate based on your customer experiences. Coordinate with Product Management teams to provide feedback and continuously improve the product. Help drive the ongoing improvement of our project delivery capability. Required Skills & Experience 10+ years of Project Management experience, preferably managing software or SaaS product implementations. Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving and decision-making capabilities. Strong project management fundamentals – resource planning, stakeholder management, milestone tracking, and communication. Working knowledge of multiple Project Management methodologies (e.g. PMP, APM, Agile, Scrum, PRINCE2, etc.). Experience in working with cross-functional teams and external customers. Communicate effectively with various stakeholders and manage people at different levels. Ability to adapt quickly, multitask, and handle changing priorities in a fast-paced environment. Be super customer-focused and love talking to customers in global geographies. Solid understanding of SaaS architecture and delivery models. A good knowledge of adhering to commercial agreements, frameworks, and change management is necessary. Good to Have Familiarity with business process automation or workflow platforms. Experience working in a product company or delivering configurable SaaS solutions. Exposure to reporting and visualisation tools like Power BI. Experience using Excel, Monday.com, etc. (Project Management tools).

About the Role We are looking for a hands-on, results-driven Digital Marketing Executive to be an integral part of our Account-Based Marketing (ABM) program. This role will execute targeted LinkedIn campaigns, website retargeting strategies, and build sophisticated nurture flows that move prospects through the buying journey. You'll work closely with our Growth Lead to drive engagement with high-value target accounts in the Business Services sector. What You'll Be Doing ABM Campaign Execution: Run and optimise LinkedIn advertising campaigns targeting specific accounts and personas within our ABM program. Nurture Flow Development: Build and optimise automated email nurture sequences in HubSpot that guide prospects through awareness, consideration, and decision stages. Marketing Automation: Create workflows, lead scoring rules, and lifecycle automation in HubSpot to support seamless hand-offs between marketing and sales. Campaign Performance: Track, analyse, and report on campaign metrics including engagement rates, MQL generation, and funnel progression to continuously improve performance. Website Retargeting: Set up and manage retargeting campaigns to re-engage website visitors and ABM contacts across digital channels. Content Coordination: Work with the marketing team to align campaign messaging with buyer journey stages and ensure content is properly deployed across channels. Data Management: Maintain clean campaign data in HubSpot, ensuring proper tracking and attribution of marketing touchpoints. Cross-Channel Integration: Ensure LinkedIn campaigns, email nurture, and retargeting work cohesively as part of an integrated ABM strategy. Collaboration: Partner with the Revenue Operations Manager to optimise HubSpot workflows and with BDRs to ensure smooth lead handover processes. Requirements At least 4 years of experience in digital marketing, demand generation, or ABM roles, ideally in B2B SaaS or technology. Proven experience managing LinkedIn advertising campaigns (LinkedIn Campaign Manager), including audience targeting, ad creative, and budget management. Hands-on experience with HubSpot or similar marketing automation platforms, including workflow creation, email campaigns, and lead nurturing. Strong understanding of the B2B buyer journey and how to map content and touchpoints to different stages. Experience with website retargeting and programmatic advertising platforms. An analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign data and make optimisation decisions. Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously. Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
