You will be responsible for consulting with employers to identify needs and preferred qualifications, interviewing applicants about their experience, education, and skills, and contacting references while performing background checks. Informing applicants about job details such as benefits and conditions and hiring or referring qualified candidates will also be part of your role. You will be maintaining documentation of hired candidates and conducting new employee orientations. Additionally, your responsibilities will include terminating contracts when necessary, maintaining ethical hiring practices, and aligning with the regulatory environment. You will be writing employee contracts, negotiating salary and benefits, and processing paperwork plans while coordinating the workforce to best use employees" talents. Resolving issues between management and employees, coordinating and supervising the work of specialists and staff, and directing disciplinary procedures will also be part of your duties. You will be checking employee timesheets, regularly consulting with them regarding the effective use of working hours, and monitoring their progress. Providing training opportunities such as internal training, educational programs, conferences, etc., to keep employees up to date in their respective fields will also be one of your responsibilities. Negotiating group health insurance rates, retirement plans, and other benefits with third-party providers, as well as approving employees" overhead expenses, are also included in your role. Furthermore, you will be responsible for maintaining EPF & ESIC accounts of the candidates, monitoring and approving leaves, and regularly updating the company's leave policies. This full-time position requires a Bachelor's degree, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in HR and a total work experience of 2 years.
