Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Employee Central (EC) Consultant with strong hands-on experience in SAP SuccessFactors. You will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting the Employee Central module, helping HR teams manage employee data efficiently. You will work with business users and technical teams to deliver end-to-end HR solutions. Key Responsibilities: Implement and configure the SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central module. Work with HR teams to understand business needs and translate them into system solutions. Set up and manage employee records, position management, workflows, and business rules. Handle data imports, exports, validations, and reporting in EC. Troubleshoot issues and provide ongoing support for EC processes. Support integration between Employee Central and other SuccessFactors modules or third-party systems. Create and maintain documentation for configurations, changes, and support. Required Skills: Strong hands-on experience in SuccessFactors Employee Central configuration and support. Good understanding of position management, employee lifecycle processes, and organizational structure in EC. Experience in workflow management, business rules, and event reasons. Familiarity with Data Models, FOs (Foundation Objects), and MDFs (MetaData Framework). Strong experience in data migration, employee data management, and reporting. Experience with SuccessFactors integration tools (e.g., Integration Center, APIs, Boomi, or CPI).
