Position Summary: The Quality Manager is responsible for overseeing and maintaining the quality assurance and food safety programs within the food manufacturing facility. The role ensures all products meet safety and quality standards, comply with regulations, and adhere to customer specifications. The Quality Manager will also drive continuous improvement initiatives, manage a team of quality assurance professionals, and work cross-functionally with production, R&D, and supply chain teams. Key Responsibilities: 1. Quality Management Systems (QMS): ○ Develop, implement, and monitor the food safety and quality management systems in compliance with industry regulations (e.g., ISO 22000:2018 FSMS). ○ Ensure adherence to all relevant quality standards, certifications, and regulatory requirements (FDA, USDA, and local health authorities). ○ Maintain proper documentation and records related to quality control processes. 2.
