As a Preschool Teacher, you will be responsible for teaching young children essential skills and knowledge to foster their development. Your primary duties will include creating and implementing lesson plans, following a structured teaching plan, and evaluating children's performance and progress. You will teach subjects like alphabet, numbers, personal, social, and emotional skills using a variety of methods such as songs, stories, and games to engage and motivate children. Ideally, you should have a minimum qualification of graduation and at least 1 year of experience in teaching, particularly in a preschool, playschool, or nursery setting. Experience in making lesson plans, organizing learning material, and identifying children who require additional support is preferred. Proficiency in English is required, and knowledge of Hindi is preferred. Possessing an NCC Certificate will be an advantage. This is a Full-time position based in Bhubaneshwar, Odisha with Day shift and Morning shift schedules.
