As a part of our Analog Mixed Signal IP Team, we are looking for an Analog Mixed Signal (A&MS) Layout Engineer to join our talented team. In this role, you will have the chance to engage in the complete design flow of complex Analog Mixed Signal Design, from specification to silicon. You will work with cutting-edge technologies like 2.5D/3D IC and High-speed Die-to-Die interfaces for applications such as Data Center, AI/ML, and 5G. Furthermore, you will have a clear career path for self-development, either as a Technical Expert or Design Leader/Manager, with opportunities for training and support in the USA, Europe, and Asia. As an Analog Layout Engineer, your responsibilities will include working on custom layout Analog IPs, performing floor planning, power design, signal routing strategy, EMIR awareness, and parasitic optimization. You will collaborate with different teams to ensure the successful integration of analog layouts into the top-level design and participate in design reviews across the global team. Moreover, you may lead a layout team, mentor junior engineers, and contribute to research programs for future products. To succeed in this role, you should have a BS in Electronics Engineering, Electromechanics, or Telecommunications, along with at least 3 years of experience in custom layout. Proficiency in tools like Cadence and Synopsys, as well as familiarity with layout verification tools such as Mentor Calibre and Synopsys ICV, is required. A strong understanding of semiconductor fabrication processes, MOSFET fundamentals, and layout techniques for high speed, matching, ESD, Latchup, Antenna, and EMIR is essential. Additionally, good English communication skills, a strong team player mentality, self-motivation, humility, honesty, and a willingness to learn are crucial for this role.,
