In this role, you will collaborate closely with our lead designer and creative team, participating in various stages of the design process. Your responsibilities will include assisting in the research and development of seasonal collections, contributing to sketching, illustration, and surface design, creating tech packs and mood boards, coordinating with the sampling team, organizing embroidery and fabric references, participating in fittings and design edits, and maintaining design archives, along with daily studio tasks. To excel in this position, you should be pursuing or have recently completed a degree/diploma in Fashion Design. A strong knowledge of Indian textiles, embroideries, and silhouettes is essential, along with proficiency in Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop or hand illustration. Effective communication, time management skills, attention to detail, and a profound interest in bridal, couture, and ethnic fashion are also key requirements. This internship opportunity is scheduled for a duration of 36 months, with the possibility of extension based on performance. In addition to gaining valuable hands-on experience, you will receive a certificate, a letter of recommendation, and the chance to work on live couture projects.
