Here are the details of the job: **Role Overview:** As a Senior Firmware Developer at iTriangle Infotech, you will be responsible for architecting and implementing robust firmware solutions for various applications. Your role will involve working on embedded communication protocols, designing state machine-based systems, and developing firmware for RTOS systems. You will also be involved in troubleshooting technical issues and providing technical guidance on GSM/GPRS modules, GNSS, 4G LTE, Wi-Fi modules, and vehicle telematics systems. **Key Responsibilities:** - Lead the design, development, and deployment of embedded firmware solutions - Architect and implement robust firmware for RTOS systems such as FreeRTOS, Mbed OS, or ThreadX - Develop firmware for embedded communication protocols like UART, SPI, I2C, CAN, Ethernet, and RS485 - Design and develop state machine-based systems using UML principles - Oversee development for Linux-based systems, including bootloader, kernel, and Linux porting - Develop application firmware aligned with IoT standards and protocols - Provide technical guidance on GSM/GPRS modules, GNSS, 4G LTE, Wi-Fi modules, and vehicle telematics systems - Work with vehicle network protocols like J1939, OBD2, UDS, and DoIP - Drive best practices in embedded development, including version control, JIRA workflows, and test-driven development - Troubleshoot and solve complex technical issues - Mentor and guide junior engineers - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products **Qualifications Required:** - 8+ years of experience in Embedded Firmware Development - Proficiency in Embedded C and C++ programming - Experience with communication protocols like UART, SPI, I2C, CAN, Ethernet, RS485 - Knowledge of RTOS systems like FreeRTOS, Mbed-OS, ThreadX - Strong understanding of UML and state machine-based system design - Experience in Linux systems development - Familiarity with GSM/GPRS modules, GNSS, 4G LTE, Wi-Fi modules - Knowledge of IoT standards and protocols such as HTTP and MQTT - Understanding of embedded development environments and processes - Problem-solving skills and ability to work with defined timelines - Experience with vehicle network protocols like J1939, OBD2, UDS, and DoIP - Strong understanding of data structures and algorithms You will be part of a dynamic team at iTriangle Infotech, delivering state-of-the-art tracking and monitoring solutions to various industries in the Vehicle Telematics sector.,
