Job Summary

Lunar Wave LLC is looking for an Email Marketing Specialist to manage email and SMS marketing campaigns for US-focused e-commerce brands.

The role includes creating marketing content, managing Klaviyo campaigns and automated flows, customer segmentation, and analyzing campaign results to improve engagement, conversions, and customer retention.

We are open to experienced candidates as well as freshers with strong copywriting skills and a basic understanding of email marketing.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and manage email and SMS marketing campaigns.
• Set up and optimize Klaviyo automated flows such as welcome, abandoned cart, post-purchase, win-back, and re-engagement.
• Write email copy, subject lines, promotional content, and SMS messages.
• Segment customers based on their activity, interests, and purchase history.
• Conduct A/B testing and monitor campaign performance.
• Track campaign metrics such as revenue, conversions, click-through rates, and engagement.
• Manage subscriber lists and support email and SMS growth.
• Coordinate with creative, media buying, and e-commerce teams on campaigns.

Skills & Qualifications

• Strong written English and copywriting skills.
• Basic understanding of email marketing and SMS marketing.
• Knowledge of customer segmentation and marketing automation.
• Familiarity with Klaviyo, Shopify, or similar platforms.
• Ability to understand campaign data and identify areas for improvement.

For experienced candidates: 1–2 years of experience in email marketing, preferably with e-commerce or DTC brands.

For freshers: Strong writing skills and a basic understanding of email marketing. Familiarity with Klaviyo, Shopify, or marketing automation is an advantage.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with US-focused e-commerce or DTC brands.
• Familiarity with SMS marketing platforms such as Postscript or Attentive.
• Basic understanding of email deliverability.
• Interest in e-commerce, customer retention, and digital marketing.

Work Location & Schedule

This is a full-time, work-from-office position at Lunar Wave LLC in Wagle Estate, Thane, Maharashtra.

Candidates should be comfortable working on-site from Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM.

Salary: ₹20,000–₹35,000 per month, depending on skills and experience.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
