Key Responsibilities Plan, design, and execute email marketing campaigns across multiple brands. Create personalized and engaging email content to boost conversions. Analyze campaign performance and optimize strategies using data-driven insights. Enhance automation and trigger journeys with AI tools and personalization techniques. Develop and implement new email templates (e.g., property roundups, agent updates, referrals). Maintain email marketing calendar and ensure timely delivery of campaigns. Ensure compliance with GDPR and other email marketing best practices. Provide weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance reports. Key Deliverables Send at least 3 emails per brand per week . Execute bi-weekly Instant Valuation Tool (IVT) emails and quarterly valuation campaigns. Implement mortgage anniversary and e-zine trigger emails. Build 3 new automated email sequences per brand to improve customer journeys. Use AI tools for content efficiency and personalization. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field. Minimum 3+ years in email marketing or digital communications. Expertise in email platforms, automation tools, and performance tracking. Strong copywriting, A/B testing, and segmentation skills. Familiarity with GDPR compliance and deliverability best practices.
