Job Description : We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Email Marketing Executive to join our marketing team. As an Email Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing email campaigns to engage with our audience and drive business results. You will work closely with the content and design teams to ensure high-quality email communication that aligns with the brand's goals and strategies. Key Responsibilities : Create, design, and execute targeted email campaigns to drive customer engagement and conversions. Develop and maintain email lists, ensuring segmentation and targeting are optimized for best results. Monitor and analyze campaign performance, tracking key metrics like open rates, click-through rates, and conversions. Conduct A/B testing to optimize email content, subject lines, CTAs, and overall design. Collaborate with the content and design teams to ensure emails are visually appealing and on-brand. Ensure compliance with email marketing laws, including data protection and anti-spam regulations. Work on improving lead generation through email automation and personalized communications.
