Performance Tracking: Monitor open rates, click-through rates, bounce rates, and conversions. Market Research: Understand target audience and competitors to tailor email strategies. Collaboration: Work with the sales team to align email strategy with lead nurturing goals. Compliance: Ensure all email campaigns comply with anti-spam laws and GDPR.
