Conduct assessments to evaluate students' language proficiency and identify areas for improvement. Provide individualized feedback and support to help students enhance their speaking, writing, listening, and reading skills. Utilize a variety of teaching methods and resources to create an interactive and effective learning environment. Stay updated on the latest exam formats, scoring criteria, and best practices in language instruction. Monitor student progress and maintain accurate records of attendance and performance. Organize and conduct mock exams to familiarize students with the test format and timing. Collaborate with other trainers and staff to ensure a cohesive and supportive learning experience. Provide guidance on test registration, preparation strategies, and study materials.
