Title : CS . Sea & Air import Export Location: CBD Belapur, Navi Mumbai. Salary Range – Upto 20k - 25k Job Description: · Handling Post nomination Air / Sea Shipments · Co coordinating with overseas agent, as well as local customer and CHA through calls and emails on daily basis. · Feedback of all shipments & tracking them till delivery and update to customers on daily basis · Attending customer queries to resolve within deadline & follow up with them for new upcoming orders booking · Taking care of Air & sea import shipment manifestation and CFS movement process (Sea Shipment) on time to avoid penalty. · Issuance of Sea shipments DO to CHA after arrival · Ensure all the invoice details (selling rates) are sent to accounts team for proper Billing after shipment arrive. · Regular update of internal DSR and send to concern authorities · Ensure smooth service is provided to the clients. · CS should coordinate with Operations Team for Imports, exports, Clearance, Transportation and do the operations works for Customer in Branches. Key Qualifications: Graduate or MBA preferred. Minimum of 2 -5 years’ experience within a freight forwarding company Process excellent written and verbal communication skills Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills Computer skills – MS office, Excel & PP.
