The company’s flagship product iBreastExam (iBE) is a US FDA cleared, and CE marked, non-invasive, radiation-free and painless solution for identifying non-palpable breast lumps to enable early detection of breast cancer for women across all ages and demographics.

Job Title: Sr. Electronic Engineer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Electronics Engineer with strong expertise in hardware design, embedded systems, and product development. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in prototyping, PCB design, firmware implementation, and production support, with the ability to lead projects from concept to commercialization.

Key Responsibilities:

A. PCB Design & Circuit Development:

· Lead the design, development, and testing of electronic circuits and systems for innovative medical and IoT-based devices.

· Drive end-to-end product development, including schematic design, PCB layout, prototyping, and validation.

· Perform reverse engineering, cost optimization, and component selection to enhance product performance.

· Develop and implement embedded firmware for microcontrollers (ARM, PIC, AVR, STM, LPC2148, Arduino).

B. Simulation & Verification:

· Conduct design reviews, validation testing, and documentation in line with industry standards.

C. Process Improvement & Innovation

· Design and implement test jigs and fixtures to streamline production and improve quality.

· Mentor junior engineers and contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and tools.

D. Product Development & Rollout

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams (CAD, mechanical, production, and software) to ensure seamless integration.

· Provide technical support for production and resolve customer-reported issues.

Qualifications & Required Skills

· Bachelor's or master’s degree in Electronics Engineering, Embedded Systems, or related field.

· Min 2 years of experience in electronics product development

· Strong knowledge of embedded C programming, hardware interfacing (UART, I2C, SPI), and microcontroller-based applications.

· Hands-on experience with PCB design tools (KiCad, Altium, Eagle).

· Proficiency in hardware design, component sourcing, and debugging.

· Exposure to IoT systems, sensors, and wireless communication modules (ESP8266, etc.).

· Familiarity with Python scripting and version control (GitHub).

· Experience in medical devices/electronic instrumentation is a strong advantage.

Pay: ₹275,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
