Electronics Engineer

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Electronics Engineer to manage the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, testing, and repair of electronic equipment, industrial control systems, CCTV cameras, and surveillance systems. The candidate should have knowledge of electronic circuits, PCB troubleshooting, sensors, automation equipment, networking, and camera systems to ensure reliable operation and minimum downtime.

Key Responsibilities

1. Electronics Maintenance and Troubleshooting

• Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of electronic equipment and systems.
• Troubleshoot and repair electronic circuit boards (PCB), power supplies, controllers, and electronic modules.
• Test electronic components using multimeters, oscilloscopes, and other diagnostic instruments.
• Read and interpret electronic circuit diagrams, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals.
• Identify faults and implement corrective actions to prevent recurring failures.

2. CCTV Camera and Surveillance Systems

• Install, configure, test, and maintain CCTV cameras, IP cameras, and analog cameras.
• Maintain DVR, NVR, video recording, monitoring, and surveillance systems.
• Troubleshoot camera faults, video loss, poor image quality, connectivity, and recording issues.
• Configure camera IP addresses, network settings, and remote monitoring access as authorized.
• Maintain PoE switches, network cables, connectors, power supplies, and associated accessories.
• Perform camera alignment, focus adjustment, and preventive maintenance.
• Ensure proper video recording, playback, storage, and system functionality.

3. Industrial Camera and Machine Vision Systems

• Maintain industrial cameras used for machine monitoring, product inspection, and quality control.
• Troubleshoot camera triggering, lighting, image capture, and communication issues.
• Support integration of cameras with sensors, PLCs, and production equipment.
• Assist with camera calibration, image testing, and machine vision system maintenance.

4. Electrical and Electronic Control Systems

• Troubleshoot electronic control panels, relays, contactors, sensors, and control circuits.
• Maintain industrial power supplies, electronic controllers, and interface modules.
• Assist in troubleshooting PLCs, HMIs, VFDs, and automation systems.
• Inspect wiring, cable connections, terminals, and communication interfaces.

5. Networking and Communication Systems

• Troubleshoot Ethernet connections, IP addressing, network cables, and PoE devices.
• Support connectivity between cameras, computers, recording systems, and monitoring stations.
• Diagnose communication faults between electronic equipment and control systems.
• Coordinate with IT teams for network-related issues and system integration.

6. Installation, Testing, and Commissioning

• Install and commission electronic equipment, CCTV cameras, and related accessories.
• Conduct functional testing and verify equipment performance after installation or repair.
• Prepare installation reports, test records, and maintenance documentation.
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers for technical support when required.

7. Preventive Maintenance and Documentation

• Prepare and follow preventive maintenance schedules.
• Maintain equipment history, breakdown reports, service records, and spare-parts details.
• Monitor equipment performance and recommend reliability improvements.
• Follow company SOPs, safety procedures, and 5S standards.
