Electronics Engineer

Role Overview: AIIR Products is looking for an Electronics Engineer to join their Intelligent HVAC Systems engineering and product development team. As an Electronics Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and commercializing unique HVAC systems using advanced machine learning technology. This hands-on role offers a great opportunity for growth and visibility within a rapidly growing company. Key Responsibilities: - Support design and development of electronic control hardware for HVAC systems - Prepare schematics, layout of electronic circuit boards, and manage parts library for new product development - Review component specifications and select appropriate hardware components - Identify and qualify alternative components for EOL/NRND and cost reduction - Modify electronic circuit boards, including soldering components for prototype board development - Perform root cause analysis, revise designs, and support product sustaining engineering activities - Build prototypes, test electronic hardware, troubleshoot issues, and document all activities - Develop procedures and manuals as needed - Utilize electrical test equipment for analysis and troubleshooting Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering - Minimum of 2 years of experience in electronic hardware design and testing complex systems - Experience with schematics preparation, PCB design, and component selection - Proficiency in using electronic CAD tools like KiCad and OrCAD/Cadence - Hands-on experience in a lab environment with PCB repair/modifications, troubleshooting, and testing - Knowledge of basic EE tools such as Oscilloscopes, Network analyzers, Signal Generators, etc. - Soldering capability and ability to modify PCBs - Understanding of technologies such as BLE, Wi-Fi, power management, sensor control, USB, UART, I2C, and various bus communication technologies Additional Company Details: AIIR Products is dedicated to creating innovative, sustainable heating and cooling solutions that improve comfort and energy efficiency.
