Electronic Technician

Job Description

Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and hands-on Electronic Technician to support our manufacturing and testing processes in an EMS environment. The candidate will be responsible for assembling, testing, troubleshooting, and repairing electronic assemblies and PCB-based products. Key Responsibilities: Assemble and solder PCBAs as per IPC standards (through-hole & SMD) Perform functional and in-circuit testing (ICT) of assembled boards Troubleshoot and repair faulty assemblies to component level Use electronic test equipment (Multimeter, Oscilloscope, Power Supply, etc.) Perform basic firmware flashing and system configuration (if required) Interpret electronic schematics, BOMs, layout files, and assembly drawings Assist in quality checks and reporting issues to engineering teams Maintain proper documentation for test results, rework, and repairs Follow ESD-safe handling procedures and safety protocols Skills & Qualifications: Diploma / ITI / B.E. in Electronics, Electrical, or related field 0–2 years experience in electronic assembly, testing, or repair (freshers with strong practical knowledge can apply) Good understanding of PCB layouts and component identification Proficiency in soldering SMD and through-hole components Familiarity with electronics testing tools and basic diagnostics Knowledge of IPC-A-610 / J-STD-001 standards is a plus Basic computer skills (Excel, Email, ERP entry) Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month Benefits: Health insurance Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Overtime pay Performance bonus Yearly bonus Work Location: In person
