We are currently looking for individuals with inquisitive minds who can swiftly acquire new knowledge, create prototypes, conduct thorough testing, and evolve alongside our organization. As a technical generalist at Triveni Wires, you will be comfortable transitioning between laboratory work, simulations, data analysis, and brainstorming sessions. Whether you have experience with lithium-ion, solid-state, sodium-ion batteries, or possess a strong background in chemistry or materials science with a fervent desire to innovate battery technology, we welcome individuals who enjoy experimentation, iteration, and multidisciplinary thinking. Your responsibilities will include staying abreast of the latest scientific literature to propose novel ideas and enhancements, designing and conducting experiments on battery materials, electrodes, and complete cell configurations, evaluating performance metrics such as cycle life, energy density, conductivity, and degradation, collaborating with diverse teams to implement insights for design enhancements, assisting in the creation of test protocols and standard operating procedures, and exploring AI/ML or simulation tools like COMSOL, PyBaMM, and DFT if you have a penchant for technology and software. The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Physics, Electrochemistry, or a related field. Hands-on experience in working with batteries or electrochemical systems is essential, along with a keen interest in cross-functional collaboration across the lab, literature review, computational analysis, and real-world application. Familiarity with characterization techniques such as SEM, XRD, and EIS is beneficial. We value individuals who are naturally curious, resourceful, proactive learners, and candidates with coding or simulation experience in Python, MATLAB, COMSOL, or PyBaMM are a plus.
