Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on all electrical systems: lighting, power distribution, backup power systems (UPS/generators, Satbilizers, Transformers), panels, and wiring Handle basic MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) maintenance tasks as required Perform carpentry and civil repair works, including doors, locks, flooring, partitions, and minor masonry Conduct painting and surface finishing work to maintain aesthetic and hygiene standards Maintain and troubleshoot HVAC systems, including air conditioners, ventilation ducts, and exhaust systems Ensure proper functioning of telephone and network cabling, conduct basic troubleshooting of LAN points, wall sockets, and switches Regularly inspect and maintain the firefighting system, including alarms, extinguishers, hose reels, and emergency lights Support installation and repair of medical equipment infrastructure, as applicable Carry out routine inspections and general upkeep of building infra
