CRM is waste. For 6000 Rs CT, with test charge of 25000 Rs, They take normally 2 weeks.

ERDA ALL STAF IS VERY POOR WORKS MAN SHIP LIKE GOVT AGENCY LIKE BSNL , IF ERDA IS NOT TAKE ACTION THAN ONETHER BSNL IS GOING. VERY MUCH TIME TO TAKE TESTING SAMPLE . VERY BAD SERVICES.

Don't send any job's for type test to these organization, they don't complete the job with in the time what they committed, it's jest west of time & Money - ERDA feel guilty what there doing to they costumers - we feel very regret
