Preferred only Male Candidates With "C" License About the Opportunity: Designation - Electrical Engineer Years 2 To 4 Years Location Chennai Job Description:- For smooth operations of the plant Objective : Responsible for all Electrical related operations of the Plant Key Responsibilities : * Responsible for conducting the health check of the major equipment like GT, DT, Generator and HT Cables /Breaker etc. * Responsible for maintenance and upkeep, lighting, ensure log book maintenance and data of operations and also maintenance separately * Responsible for drawing out preventive maintenance schedule and implementing the same * Training the manpower on continuous basis & scheduling of shifts, allocation of manpower. Attending break down maintenance on war foot basis * Responsible for highest availability of the Plant & machinery and safety of the machinery * Inventory management including Indenting, procuring and managing the agreed inventory levels * Vendor development for developing alternative/ indigenous spares to replace Chinese & imported spares * Developing a data base of the vendors for regular consumables, motor windings, key spares * Ensuring electrical related safety and electrical induced fires * Monitor auxiliary consumption and drawing steady technical schedule for optimizing the aux consumption * Analysis of test & operational data and undertake problem solving * Applying standard engineering techniques, procedures using judgment in day to day operations * Maintenance of DG Set Key Competencies : Key Competencies : * Basic Knowledge MS Office * MS Project * Supervisory Skill * Embodying Company Values * Functional/Technical Knowledge * Communication * Ownership Qualification & Experience : B.
