You are a dynamic Training Manager who will be responsible for developing and overseeing training programs to enhance employee performance, compliance, and overall business growth. Your key responsibilities will include developing and implementing a comprehensive training strategy aligned with business goals, organizing refresher training programs, conducting training sessions for new and existing sales personnel, collaborating with managers to assess training needs, designing and delivering effective training programs, and monitoring the effectiveness of training programs through evaluations and feedback. You should have proven experience as a trainer with a strong track record, an in-depth understanding of effective training methodologies and tools, proficiency in MS Office (especially PowerPoint), excellent communication and presentation skills, experience in developing team skills in customer service and communication, and the ability to maintain an updated curriculum database and training records. Additionally, you should have 5+ years of experience in training & development, preferably in the BFSI/NBFC sector. As a Training Manager, you will work closely with business leaders and HR to address performance gaps, monitor employee performance and response to training, develop high-quality sales training programs focused on upselling and cross-selling, identify training needs across departments, design customized learning solutions, and utilize a mix of in-person, virtual, and e-learning methods for effective training delivery. You will also design engaging training materials, including presentations, manuals, and e-learning modules.
