Job Summary: We are looking for a skilled and dedicated Solar Technician who can install, maintain, and repair solar panel systems. The candidate should have technical knowledge of solar energy equipment, electrical connections, and safety standards. Key Responsibilities: Solar panels, inverters, batteries aur related equipment ka installation karna. Wiring, electrical connections aur earthing system sahi tarike se setup karna. Solar power systems ki regular maintenance aur troubleshooting karna. Fault detection aur system repair timely karna. System testing aur performance monitoring karna. Safety guidelines aur electrical codes ka palan karna. Customers ko basic operation aur maintenance ke baare me guide karna. Required Skills & Qualifications: ITI / Diploma in Electrical / Electronics / Renewable Energy (preferred). Solar system installation aur maintenance ka practical experience. Basic knowledge of electrical wiring, circuit testing aur troubleshooting. Ability to work at heights and in outdoor conditions. Good problem-solving aur communication skills. Job Location: kanpur Employment Type: Full-time Salary Range: ₹ 6000 to 8000 + incentives as per interview salary will be cleared.
