EHS Safety Engineer

As a Safety Engineer at our company located in Anekal, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and environmental compliance of our operations. With a Bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering, Occupational Health and Safety, Industrial Engineering, or a related field, and 3-5 years of experience, you will be responsible for various key duties. Your main responsibilities will include conducting safety and environmental risk assessments, identifying workplace hazards, and implementing measures to control or eliminate risks. You will need to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local EHS regulations, staying updated on industry standards and regulatory changes. Additionally, you will develop and implement safety programs, provide employee safety training, and lead incident investigations and reporting. Moreover, you will be involved in developing and maintaining emergency response plans, monitoring environmental performance, and promoting sustainability initiatives. Your role will also focus on fostering a safety-first culture within the organization, conducting safety audits, and leading continuous improvement efforts to enhance workplace safety, health, and environmental standards.
