Responsibilities Tender & Bid Management: Identify and track new tender opportunities relevant to our expertise. Work collaboratively with the internal team to develop winning bids and ensure successful tender submissions. Project Execution: Oversee the end-to-end execution of projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Customer Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, understanding their needs and ensuring their satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle and beyond. Market Intelligence: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities and maintain our competitive edge. Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including technical, sales, and operations, to ensure seamless project delivery. Qualifications Experience: 3-4 years of proven work experience in project management within stage lighting, auditoriums, TV studios, and/or audio-video installations . Education: Bachelor in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering Technical Acumen: Solid understanding of mechanical system. Working knowledge of electro-mechanical system, technical aspects and workflows involved in the specified project areas. Business Development: Demonstrated ability to identify and secure new business opportunities through tender processes and client engagement. Market Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of market trends, competitive landscape, and customer demands within the relevant industries. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of articulating complex information clearly and persuasively. Negotiation & Analytical Skills: Strong negotiation abilities with a keen analytical mind for problem-solving and strategic decision-making. Role Description We are hiring an Engineering Associate for a full-time, on-site position . The candidate will be deployed at project locations in Uttar Pradesh or Bihar for a minimum of 1 year . Responsibilities include executing engineering tasks, operating and supervising electrical systems, adhering to safety and compliance standards , coordinating with internal teams and Channel Partners, maintaining documentation, and generating daily/weekly reports in Excel and Word. Qualifications ITI or Diploma (Electrical / Electronics) – Mandatory On-site deployment for 1 year (UP or Bihar) – Mandatory Strong understanding of electrical/electronics fundamentals Working knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word) & Web research Ability to collaborate in a team and field environment Strong communication and problem-solving skills Experience with engineering software/tools – advantageous, not mandatory Immediate Joining Preferred
