We are currently expanding our presence at Garware College, Pune, and seeking a passionate Admission Counsellor to help drive student enrollments for our newly launched undergraduate programs. Role Overview: As an Admission Counsellor, you will be responsible for guiding prospective students and their parents through the admissions journey — from initial inquiry to final enrollment. You will play a key role in achieving admissions targets through effective communication, counselling, and relationship management. Key Responsibilities: Counsel students and parents on program offerings, career pathways, and admission requirements. Handle walk-in inquiries, inbound calls, and online leads from CRM systems. Conduct outbound calling to follow up with prospective students and nurture leads to conversions. Support the planning and execution of admission drives, webinars, seminars, and events. Build strong rapport with students, parents, schools, and education consultants. Maintain and update student databases with accurate information and daily activity reports. Meet and exceed assigned admission targets. Coordinate with internal teams (academic, marketing, operations) for smooth onboarding of students. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree (Master’s degree is a plus). 3–4 years of experience in Admissions Counselling, Student Outreach, or Sales (preferably in the Education/EdTech sector). Strong verbal and written communication skills in Marathi, Hindi, and English. Excellent interpersonal skills with a student-first attitude. Ability to handle high volumes of inquiries and multitask effectively. Basic working knowledge of CRM tools, MS Excel/Google Sheets.
