The responsibilities for this position include developing and implementing age-appropriate curriculum and lesson plans. You will be tasked with creating a safe, healthy, and nurturing classroom environment. It will be important to observe and assess individual child's growth and development, as well as to communicate regularly with parents and caregivers about child progress. Supporting children in developing social skills and independence is also a key aspect of this role. Additionally, you will need to organize and participate in activities that enhance learning through play, while maintaining classroom cleanliness and safety standards. The qualifications required for this position include a Master's Degree with B.Ed, previous experience, a strong understanding of excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and skills in classroom management and curriculum development.
