Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Job Summary

We are looking for a confident and target-oriented Education Sales Counselor / Inside Sales Executive to connect with parents, understand their needs, recommend suitable learning programs, and convert leads into paying customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Call and follow up with inbound leads through phone, WhatsApp, and email.
• Counsel parents and convert prospects into customers.
• Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
• Upsell and cross-sell courses, learning toys, and program bundles.
• Maintain accurate customer records and follow-ups in the CRM.
• Handle customer queries and provide a positive customer experience.
• Coordinate with internal teams to improve sales performance.

Candidate Requirements

• Graduate in any discipline.
• 1–3 years of experience in B2C sales, telesales, inside sales, or customer success.
• Fluency in English and Hindi is mandatory.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and objection-handling skills.
• Experience in EdTech or digital product sales will be preferred.
• Knowledge of CRM tools and MS Excel/Google Sheets.
• Comfortable working in a target-driven environment and a 6-day work week.

Key Performance Expectations

• Achieve assigned monthly sales and conversion targets.
• Ensure timely follow-ups and accurate CRM updates.
• Contribute to upselling, cross-selling, and customer satisfaction.
