1) Provide personalized counselling to students regarding study abroad opportunities in countries like the UK, Canada, USA, Australia, and Europe.
2) Assist students in shortlisting universities and courses based on their academic profile, preferences, and financial background.
3) Handle end-to-end admission processes including application filing, documentation, and follow-ups with universities.
4) Guide students on visa procedures, interview preparations, and pre-departure formalities.
5) Maintain regular communication with students, parents, and partner institutions.
6) Work closely with the sales and marketing team to convert leads generated through various sources.
7) Keep updated with global education trends, university intakes, scholarships, and admission requirements.
