About Us: WIDE GLOBE EDUCATION is a trusted name in the field of Indian & overseas education consultancy. We specialize in guiding students toward their academic and career goals by helping them secure admissions in top universities around the globe. Our dedicated team supports student throughout the process — from counselling to Admission & visa assistance. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to prospective students and parents to promote our services. Provide accurate information about programs, admission processes, courses, and universities. Understand students’ academic background and career goals to suggest suitable options. Schedule and follow up on counselling sessions. Maintain a proper record of calls and student interactions. Assist walk-in students with queries and ensure smooth onboarding. Support marketing activities like webinars, seminars, and education fairs. Requirements: Minimum 1 year of experience in counselling or tele calling, preferably in the education sector. Strong communication and interpersonal skills (English & Hindi essential; regional languages a plus). Customer-focused approach with the ability to handle objections or concerns professionally.
