Education Counsellor ( Freshers Apply)

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective students using the leads provided.
• Counsel students about our training programs, course structures, and placement assistance.
• Follow up with leads through phone, email, or WhatsApp to ensure admission closures.
• Maintain and update student records and call status in database.
• Handle incoming calls and respond to queries in a professional and friendly manner.
• Coordinate with the marketing and admissions team for lead generation campaigns.
• Provide accurate and complete information to prospective students.

Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: Any graduate (preferred: BA, BBA, B. Com, or equivalent).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
